Glen Clusman comes to Manasseh House with 28 years in the automotive industry. He did cosmetic repairs and was promoted to a fleet manager where he trained new associates and oversaw the daily operations. In 1997, he started his own company Professional Auto Restoration, Inc. and has been very successful. Glen has trained dozens of people in this work field along as other skills relating to work ethics, communication and problem solving.  His management style is team oriented.

Samuel Vitale is President and Managing Partner for Complete Document Solutions, a new Xerox Agency. He is skilled at establishing operational excellence, and planning/executing sales development campaigns designed to improve market share, and gross revenue. Sam spent nine years with the 363rd Tactical Fighter Wing, United States Air Force and was among the first squadrons were the first to deploy in Operation Desert Storm. Sam is a member of The Sicilian Tenors.

Nearly 60% will be convicted of a crime, and more than 80% will be arrested.



Matthew Terpstra works as a Social Insurance Specialist for the Social Security Administration with a focus on the Supplemental Security Income program. He brings a diverse background of working with various social service agencies at both the Federal and Private levels. Previously, he was a Caseworker with Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth, and a youth counselor for court adjudicated youth at Bowling Brook Preparatory School.

Chuck Hatter

CEO

Charles "Chuck" Hatter comes to Manasseh House with 36 years in telecommunications.  He is a Project Manager, under contract with an agency of the Department of Defense.  Previously, he served in senior positions with General Dynamics Company, L-3 Communications and Southwestern Bell Communications.  Chuck brings leadership skills, strategic planning and accountability to Manasseh House.

Dr. Gianna Talone-Sullivan, Pharm. D. 

For over 30 years, Dr. Gianna Talone-Sullivan, Pharm D., has held positions of authority and practiced in Clinical Pharmacy Operations at both hospitals and outpatient clinics. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry from Arizona State University. She is Board Certified in Arizona, California, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Gianna spent extensive time on following young men who age out of a publicly funded program. For most,it is a life of poverty.  Armed with an unwavering conviction to change the future for these young men, she founded Manasseh House, Inc, a nonprofit organization. Dr. Sullivan also serves as the Foundress for 24 years of the National nonprofit organiation Mission of Mercy, Inc.  which provides free medical, prescription and dental care to the less fortunate.

Cary H. Plamondon, Esq

Board Member

Chris Winans comes to Manasseh House as a federally licensed tax professional.  He is President of Fidellis Tax and Accounting in Annapolis, Maryland, a comprehensive tax planning and accounting firm.

​Chris is also a certified  flight paramedic and a sworn Maryland State Trooper at Andrew's Air Force Base. He is also an accomplished content developer. 

​Chris is fluent in English and Spanish

Cary Plamondon obtained her JD Law degree from New York University School of Law .She has worked in Corporate, White Collar Defense and Health Care Departments and has been an alumni interviewer for Dartmouth College.  Cary is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), an Ambassador for the Mental Health Association. and serves on with Catholic Charities, Esperanza Center in Immigration Law, SIJS cases.
